Job Overview
BCCL is conducting internal recruitment for the position of Pharmacist (Trainee), categorized under T&S Gr. “C”. This opportunity is exclusively for existing permanent employees of Bharat Coking Coal Limited who possess the required minimum qualifications.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Matriculate / Diploma in Pharmacy / registered with Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy Act. 1948 with valid.
- Only permanent employees of BCCL are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have fulfilled the minimum prescribed qualification as on 31.01.2026.
- Trainees are not eligible to apply.
- If a candidate in a higher post/grade applies, they must submit an undertaking to accept a lower post/grade if selected; basic pay will be protected.
- Candidate must have minimum “GOOD” CR rating for the completed year of service (last 03 years for candidates with more than 3 years of service).
- Vigilance / Departmental Clearance must be “Clear”.
Selection Process
- Selection will be subject to vacancy as per the Approved Manpower Budget of BCCL in force.
- Eligible applicants will be called for a Selection test to be conducted by NEE Dept, HQ.
- The selection and final merit list will be based on the relative performance of the candidate in the Selection test.
- In case of equal marks, seniority will be determined by the date of appointment.
- If a tie persists after considering the date of appointment, the candidate senior in age (based on DOB) will be placed higher in the panel.
- Educational certificates will be sent to concerned authorities for verification.

Important Instructions
- Reservation quota for SC/ST&PWD candidates shall be considered as per government norms/guidelines.
- Valid Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted if applicable.
- Any candidate found indulging in misconduct at any stage will have their candidature rejected and disciplinary action initiated.
- A candidate shall apply for only one post. If applying for more than one, only the first application will be accepted.
- Director (HR), BCCL reserves the right to modify, alter, restrict, or cancel the selection process.
- Candidates must bring their company-issued Identity card bearing a photograph for the Selection test.
- In case of any doubt, the English Version of the Internal Notification will be treated as final.
