Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be nationals of SEAR Member States, which include Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, India, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Timor-Leste. Educational requirements include an essential Bachelor’s Degree (MBBS or Bio-medical Engineering or Bachelor’s in Sciences) in a specific technical area relevant to the application. Desirable qualifications include a Master’s degree in public health or a related area, additional certified training, and publications in scientific journals.
Applicants require a minimum of two years of professional work experience, including at least one year at the national, sub-national, or regional level in a relevant technical area. Demonstrated experience in public health program implementation at the field level is required, along with at least one publication in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
