MAHE, Manipal is hiring for Project Research Scientist and Technical Support positions on a temporary basis to support an ICMR-funded research project in the Department of Infectious Diseases.

Eligibility Criteria
Project Research Scientist – II (Non-Medical) (Post – 01): Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Health Sciences, preferably in Microbiology / Virology / Infectious Diseases/Public Health. Responsibilities include data analysis and validation, reporting data to the PI, project management, communication with other collaborating institutes, supervision of lab works and other staff, developing grant applications, and manuscript writing.
Project Technical Support – III (Post – 01): Candidates must have an M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology / Biochemistry with adequate knowledge. Desirable qualifications include UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ ICMR- JRF/DBT-BET and hands-on experience in molecular and flow cytometry techniques, with a good academic record and research experience in the related area or other infectious diseases.
