- This service is completely temporary, and the employer reserves the right to terminate it at any time without prior notice or if the work is found to be unsatisfactory.
- Working Hours: Working hours at the Red Cross Medical Shop are in three shifts: First Shift (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM), Second Shift (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and Third Shift (10:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Shifts will be changed every week based on the roster.
- Employees will be eligible for weekly leave determined by the manager.
- Employees will be eligible for a maximum of 13 days of leave per financial year, and an employee may avail of a maximum of two days of leave per month. Additional leave will result in a salary deduction.
- Essential medicines for employees and their immediate family members will be supplied at the medical shop at the trade rate. The maximum limit will not exceed ₹3,000 per month.
- The number of posts is proposed to be changed as needed.
