Selection Process
- Candidates should have a good academic track record with 75% & above marks or ≥ 7.5 CGPA on a scale of 10.
- The Director of the institution must provide a permission letter to highly deserving meritorious students only.
- Selection will be based on academic merit. An interaction may be conducted via video conferencing or telephonically if required, and performance during the interaction will also be considered.

Important Instructions
- The internship duration is six months, conducted in offline mode at INMAS, Delhi. A Completion Certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
- A stipend of Rs. 5000 per month is applicable if the student maintains good academic performance. Payment is made in two installments: the first after 3 months of training, paid directly to the student’s bank account. No payment will be made if the student does not complete a tenure of 03 months.
- All expenses related to lodging, boarding, transportation, medical, or other personal expenditures during the internship must be borne entirely by the individual. No such expenses will be reimbursed by the organization.
- Before applying, candidates must ensure they fulfill the eligibility criteria as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Suppression of facts or canvassing will lead to disqualification.
- INMAS / DRDO has no obligation to offer employment to interns upon completion of the internship, and completion does not confer any right or claim for employment.
- If a student is unable to complete the internship and leaves in between, a Certificate of Completion will not be issued.
- Selected interns must submit an Undertaking Form declaring adherence to the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923, and compliance with all IT rules and regulations applicable to the Ministry of Defence.
- Documents required at the time of joining include: original referral/permission letter from college authorities on college letterhead (Annexure ‘B’), police verification certificate, bank details for stipend transfer, medical fitness certificate from an authorized medical practitioner (MBBS minimum), original Aadhar card, college ID card, 03 passport size photographs, and all previous semester marks sheets in original for verification. Original documents will be returned after verification. An indemnity form must also be provided by the college as and when required by INMAS.
