Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this special recruitment drive, candidates must be citizens of India. Candidates must have a disability of 40% or more. A valid UDID card (yellow or blue) or a certificate issued by a Civil Surgeon/Medical Board of a Government Hospital as per the latest government norms is mandatory. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the qualifications as per UGC regulations 2018 and subsequent amendments by the Gujarat State Government:
- Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree with at least 50% marks (after a 5% relaxation for the PH category) in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Eligibility Tests: Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET of Gujarat State.
