Applications are invited for two posts of Project Associate-1 under the PAIR ANRF-2 project at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana. The positions are purely temporary and will be offered on a six-month contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds, and shall continue until completion of the project.

Eligibility Criteria
- Four years Bachelor’s degree in natural or agricultural sciences
- Master’s degree in natural or agricultural sciences
- B.V.Sc.
- B.Pharm
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology or medicine from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Preference shall be given to candidates possessing M.V.Sc in Animal Biotechnology / M.Sc. in Animal Biotechnology/ Biotechnology / Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
- Preference shall be given to candidates ready to work having working experience in animal experiments, real-time qPCR, ELISA, western blotting, cell culture and handling mice with experience in tail vein and sample collection.
Age Limit
The upper age limit shall be 35 years as on the date of application, relaxable by up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PIl/OBC/Women categories, as per applicable rules.
Selection Process
Selection will be done through an interview held in the Office of the Dean, College of Animal Biotechnology.

- The Project Associates (PAs) recruited in the project have to enrol in the PhD programme in the College of Animal Biotechnology, GADVASU.
- Any claim that does not have a proof will not be considered.
- Wrong information regarding age will lead to rejection of candidature.
- Research experience should clearly specify the time duration, place of work and the position held. Teaching experience will not be counted as research experience.
- No separate interview letter will be issued.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
