Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications: Master/integrated Masters in Natural or Agricultural or Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University OR Any equivalent qualifications duly recognized by the concerned authority as per the functional requirement.
Desirable Qualification/Experience: 1. Hands-on experience in polymer synthesis and membrane fabrication, in laboratory or industry is desired. 2. Hands-on experience in analyzing polymer characterizations, for example, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), FE-SEM, UTM, is desired.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years
Salary (Consolidated Emoluments)
- Rs. 31,000/- + HRA for candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET incl. lectureship/ assistant professorship or GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by central Government Departments like DBT/ DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/ Institutions.
- Rs. 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under the above category.
Job Description
The selected candidates will be involved in: 1. Polymer synthesis 2. Membrane fabrication 3. Polymer and membrane characterization 4. Data analysis and contribute to scientific reporting
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates based on screening will be required to appear before the Selection Committee for an online interview through suitable mediums such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, etc. No interview call letter will be issued separately, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
