Job Overview
Bioplus has announced recruitment for experienced professionals in the roles of API Process Design and Engineering, and Officer / Executive in Production. Candidates with relevant qualifications in PhD, Msc, or B.Pharm and required industrial experience are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
1. API Process Design and Engineering
- Qualification: PhD / Msc
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical /API manufacturing with expertise in fermentation, scale-up, automation, and cGMP compliance.
- Key Responsibilities & Skills: Drive fermentation process design, scale-up, automation, and technology transfer while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Key focus areas include fermentation process design & scale-up, downstream purification & bioreactor systems, process automation (DCS/SCADA) & Industry 4.0, US FDA, EU GMP & ICH compliance, and tech transfer from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
2. Officer / Executive – Production
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Key Responsibilities & Skills: Hands-on experience in granulation, compression, capsule filling, and coating operations. Strong knowledge of cGMP, BMR documentation, and production processes. Responsibilities include production documentation & line clearance, and coordination with QA, QC, and Engineering. Ability to communicate with manpower in Kannada / Hindi is required.
