Job Description
- Assist with planning and carrying out basic organic synthesis reactions under supervision
- Monitor reactions using TLC, LC-MS and record results
- Support purification activities such as column chromatography, extraction and filtration
- Record experimental details in laboratory notebooks or an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
- Prepare and submit samples for analytical testing, such as NMR, LC-MS and HPLC
- Support senior team members with routine R&D activities and small-scale experiments
- Maintain clean, organised fume hoods, glassware and laboratory areas
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
