Job Overview
INMAS, DRDO, is offering Graduate Apprentice positions to motivated candidates for a 12-month training period. A total of 02 vacancies are available for candidates with a B.Pharm qualification, and selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 12300.00.

Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess a B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Year of Passing: Only fresh pass-out candidates who completed their respective courses in 2022 or later are eligible to apply.
- Mode of Education: Only regular candidates who have completed their qualifying examination are eligible.
- Exclusions: Candidates with a post-graduation degree, those who have previously undergone training or have one year or more of job experience after obtaining the essential qualification are not eligible.
Selection Process
The selection of apprentices at INMAS will be strictly on a merit basis, determined by the percentage or marks obtained in the essential qualification. A board constituted by the Director, INMAS, will review the applications and shortlist candidates according to the vacancies. Please note that only selected candidates will be informed.

- Candidates must first register and enroll on the BOAT’s web portal mhrdnats.gov.in and ensure their enrollment is verified by the Regional Board. Non-registered candidates are liable to be rejected.

Important Instructions
- The training period will be 12 months, starting from the execution of the Apprenticeship contract.
- Reservation rules as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended, will apply. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC-Non-Creamy layer, EWS, and PWD categories must submit valid certificates issued by competent authorities.
- Selected candidates are required to submit a “Medical Fitness Certificate” at the time of joining.
- Candidates must execute a contract for the one-year training period.
- INMAS is not obligated to offer employment to any apprentice upon completion of the training period.
- Suppression of facts or canvassing will lead to immediate disqualification.
- The Director, INMAS, reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats or to cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- Apprentices will not be provided with accommodation or transport by INMAS during the training period.
- No TA/DA will be paid for joining.
