Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they possess the required qualifications and experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications specified for each post:
- Research Scientist: Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences from a recognized university with at least five years of post-qualification clinical research experience.
- Lab Technician: B.Sc. from a recognized University with one year of post-qualification experience in fields like Phlebotomy, ELISA, PCR etc. OR Three years Diploma with one year of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
- Senior Research Scientist (Clinical): MD/ MS/ DNB or equivalent in relevant fields with at least one year experience OR MDS with at least two years experience OR MBBS/ BDS with at least five years experience in the domain of maternal and child health clinical research.
- Project Assistant: Post-Graduate degree with at least one year OR Graduate degree with at least three years of post-qualification administrative experience in a government organization/ organization of repute. Good English communication and computer skills are essential.
- Project Research Scientist-II: M.Sc. or B.Tech. in relevant disciplines like Epidemiology, Statistics, Data Science, Biotechnology, etc., from a recognized university with at least three years of post-qualification experience in biostatistics/ data science work in health data analysis.
- Project Research Scientist-II (Project Management): Post-graduate degree in health-related subject or clinical research with at least three years experience OR Ph.D. in relevant subject.
Age Limit
- Research Scientist: 40 years
- Lab Technician: 50 years
- Senior Research Scientist (Clinical): 45 years
- Project Assistant: 35 years
- Project Research Scientist-II (Both posts): 40 years
Age relaxations are applicable: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, up to 15 years for PwBD, up to 5 years for Central Government servants, and as per rules for Ex-servicemen and Institute employees.
Selection Process
Candidates fulfilling the criteria may walk-in for a written test/skill test/interview. In case many candidates appear, screening will be done to limit candidates based on higher/relevant qualification and experience.
