- Key Responsibilities: Literature search for regulated & non-regulated markets formulations; Designing & developing prototype; Scaling up to pilot & production levels; Troubleshooting formulation issues; Writing technical documents, stability protocols & PDR; Execution of tech transfer & coordination like CFT.
- Role-Specific Expertise: Strong expertise in pellets dosage form development (Asst. Manager & above); Experience in pellets (preferred) for Scientist roles; Leading a team of 4-5 scientists (Dy. Manager role); Knowledge of IR/MR solid oral drug products.
