Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (IPQA) Responsibilities:
- Oversee IPQA activities for injectable during manufacturing & packaging.
- Review & approve BMR/BPR, ensure cGMP/GDP compliance.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and audit readiness (QMS).
- Lead QA team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Control (Chemist) Responsibilities:
- Operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of GC, HPLC, and other analytical instruments.
- Perform analysis of raw materials, finished products, cleaning samples, and stability samples.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, calibration records, and analytical test data sheets. Preparation and qualification of working standards, reference standards, and primary standards.
- Support AMT/AMV activities for drug substances and drug products.
- Review analytical results, compile reports, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA). Conduct analyst qualification, training, and ensure compliance with GLP & GMP.
- Handle incidents, deviations, OOS, OOT investigations, and document control activities.
