The project is titled “Prostate Cancer Biomarkers” in Collaboration with MIRNOW LLP.
Job Overview
This recruitment is for 01 post of Project Associate-I on a contract basis for a period of 03 months and co-terminus with the project. The fellowship will be paid as per DST Project norms, consolidated and subject to availability of project funds.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. with 55% marks/ grade in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Biochemistry or related discipline.
- Desired Skills: Strong foundation in Molecular Biology Techniques.
- Preference: Candidates with prior hands-on experience in PCR, RT- PCR, Nucleic Acid extraction or diagnostics will be preferred. Candidates having experience in technology projects/ startups/ R&D environments will also be given preference.
- Marks Relaxation: Relaxation of 5% marks (from 55% to 50%) will be provided at the Master’s level in case of SC/ST//OBC/ Differentlyabled candidates.

Important Instructions
- The engagements on the posts are purely on contract basis with co-terminus with the project for a period of 03 months. Continuation is subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.
- Eligibility of a candidate and satisfaction of any other criteria shall be considered as on the last date of submission of online application form.
- The candidates should bring their original certificates/mark-sheets for verification at the time of Screening Test/ Interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
- Selected candidates will have no claim for absorption in the project.
