Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a two-year diploma in pharmacy (D-Pharma) (ALLOPATHIC) recognised by the Government of West Bengal and be a registered “A” category pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. Weightage will be given for higher qualifications.
- Other Requirements: The applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal. Candidates must have proficiency in Bengali and knowledge of local languages. Efficiency in computers, including MS Office and Internet, is required.
Age Limit
The age limit for applicants is 20-40 Years. Existing employees working in the same position applying for revised entry point remuneration will be given five (5) years relaxation of age from the date mentioned in the recruitment notification.

Selection Process
The selection criteria include academic marking and a computer test.
- Total Academic: 85 marks (Proportionate marking: D-Pharma-65, B-Pharma-75, M-Pharma-85)
- Computer Test: 15 marks (Qualifying marks-Minimum 50%)
