
National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the post of Consultant (Procurement) purely on contractual basis.
Job Overview
NHSRC has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Consultant (Procurement) for CTD, MoH&FW. The Job Code for this position is CPM. Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration ranging between Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,30,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: B.A / B.Sc. / B. Com / B.Tech./B.Pharm from a recognized University with MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain management.
- Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in Procurement and supply chain of drugs.
- Skills required: Working Knowledge of Computers.
- Preferential Qualification: Experience in Public Health programme at National/ State Level.
Age Limit
Candidates should be upto 65 years of age and must be ready to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend analysis, projection of procurement requirements, procurement forecast and aligning procurement plan with National Strategic Plan.
- Assist NTEP to develop Procurement Plan for Anti-TB Drugs, Diagnostics, Lab Equipment, and consumables on an annual basis.
- Develop systems for efficient quantification of TB specific commodities to ensure availability at all levels.
- Coordination with WHO/GDF/GFATM/World Bank and other donor agencies for the procurement process of Anti TB drugs under NTEP.
- Assist NTEP in forecasting drug availability at GMSDs, States, and National Levels.
- Resolving issues relating to logistics and supply chain including road permits and customs duty exemption documentation.
- Monitor the Consignee Receipt Certificates (CRCs) and Final Acceptance Certificates (FACs) for supplies.
- Develop Monthly and need-based reports on Procurement Status and Supply status.
- Assist Central TB Division in updating and revising procurement guidelines based on national policies.
