Job Description
- Lead and oversee nitrosamine impurity assessment in drug substances and drug products as per global regulatory guidelines (ICH, USFDA, EMA, CDSCO).
- Conduct NDSRI (Nitrosamine Drug Substance Related Impurity) risk assessment, evaluation, and control strategy development.
- Coordinate method development and validation for trace-level nitrosamine detection using LC-MS/MS.
- Prepare regulatory documentation for nitrosamine risk evaluation, confirmatory testing, and mitigation strategies.
- Plan, design, and monitor Bioequivalence (BE) studies in compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
