Job Overview
This role involves understanding and analyzing pharmaceutical industry trends within Gujarat, specifically the Baroda and South Gujarat Territory, or as assigned by management. The selected candidate will promote Pharma Standards and Synthesis Services, generate new business opportunities, and position the company as a partner by ensuring consistent quality services.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.Pharm / M.Sc. / M.Pharm. Specialization in Analytical Chemistry or Management is an added advantage.
- Experience: Applicants should have 2–5 years of sales experience in Lab Consumables, Chemicals Trading, Pharma Standards, Impurities, or Label Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Pharma Standards and Synthesis Services in Gujarat (Baroda & surrounding areas).
- Achieve targeted sales revenue in the assigned region.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Synthesis Lab for support.
- Work closely with customer scientific teams to generate leads for impurities and manage complaints with the in-house synthesis team.
- Ensure CRM updates and pipeline visibility.
- Maintain a detailed customer database including contacts and offerings.
- Track customer-wise orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Recover payments as per credit limits using proper tracking.
- Promote other products and services as assigned by management.
